We understand that sometimes plans change! If you want to cancel your order, simply reach out to us before your order is shipped or processed. If we catch it in time, we’ll issue a full refund. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we can’t stop it from reaching you, but we’re happy to help with returns!
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely in love with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To return or exchange, your item must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.
Be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Be returned following the instructions you’ll find in your confirmation email.
Returns:
Once we get your return and confirm everything is in order, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds are made to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
If you want to exchange your item for a different size or style, we’ll send out the new item as soon as we receive and inspect the returned one.
Please note that exchanges are only for items of equal value.
Shipping Fees:
You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost, which is $10. If the return is due to our mistake (like sending the wrong item or a defective product), we’ll cover the shipping.
